Top shelf quality. Easy to install. Used a 5/8 wave 70cm NMO antenna. No need for an extra screw. Paired with BR200 coax there was no need for a ground strap. SWR below 1.35 on 70cm. I did add some rubberized tape to the bottom in several places just to be sure safe.
