My husband was in the fitness industry for many years and says he really likes this work out shirt. At almost 64 years old he is strong, fit and helps inspire me both inside the gym and out. The shirt washes up well in cold and we do hang dry as recommended. He is 5’10”, 180lbs and wearing a large. We like wearing Iconi at our gym and hope that we inspire others while we are there.
