I ordered a 3xl since I typically wear a 2xl comfortably. It was very tight. Might have worked as a shirt under another. I gave it to my son who typically wears a large shirt and he liked the fit. The material felt great to him who has sensory issues.
Just for reference I am 6'5" and 270 lbs.
