Very nice rug

This is a very nice area rug. The only thing I do not like about it, is it shows every footprint. Had I known it would show footprints I would not have bought it. I wanted a berber rug but you cannot find them. I do not like when you can see prints in the rug.

Disappointing experience

I ordered the Madison Avenue runner for my home. The rug arrived tightly rolled up in a plastic cover. As you might expect, the rug was rippled through its entire length so I contacted customer service to get assistance. I was advised to reverse roll it and/or weight it down with books. Neither of these recommendations have removed the ripples, so I have asked to return the rug. The service rep did not offer an apology--just a label to return the item. And, I have to pay a restocking charge. I am disappointed with the quality of the rug, the shipping format and the poor customer service. I won't buy another product from this company.
