Rug is nice and arrived in just a few days. Love the color on my cream tiled floor. The only issue is stitching on the border is missing on one corner.

Rugs should not be folded for shipping!

Like the pattern, detest all of the wrinkles & ripples that were produced by shipping it folded. Rugs should be rolled! We've tried everything suggested to flatten the rug & after almost 2 weeks, we still have ridges & ripples. Unacceptable! We will continue to work on the rug, but I consider this a defect...we should not have to continue working on a new rug to have it lay properly. You need to reconsider how your rugs are shipped from the warehouse--this is a problem that could be avoided with proper packaging. Unhappy customers!
