Customer Service Needs Improvement

Let me start by saying if I were reviewing the rug alone, it would get 5 stars. It is high quality for the price and super soft. I deducted one star for lack of customer service/communication. I had a question after ordering but could only find an email address. Never received a response to my email, and never received any updates regarding shipping. I figured out it shipped through a notification through FedEx and assumed by the specifics of the package that it was the rug. I do plan on ordering again from this company for my daughter’s bedroom as I like the quality and look of the rug. However, I will be going through another retailer that offers more reliable communication than directly from this site.
