I bought three lines. I needed a non grippy one ( nylon 5/8) for general tracking and my older slower dog..I needed a more grippy for my strong puller who moves fast..(3/4" easy grip) And I wanted lightweight ( 3/8 sure grip) ( this one) This one folds up so small. It is very grippy so do not need grippy gloves. Great for rain/ wet. Do not let wrap around your leg or object. It will grab! I'm using for mantrailing
