When given the wrong address, I called with correct address later in the day, for sympathy flowers. Somehow the driver was able to make the delivery, after I was told it would be the next morning. The family that received the flowers were overwhelmed at the beauty of the arrangement, and I was overjoyed they received them the same day! Bravo!
