Trouble shooting adjustments
Install was awesome with youtube. I never imagined that I would go so deep into the front of my 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor. Cars have changed so so much since the cars I use to work on " 1973 Pinzgauer". I have about 500 miles since I relocated the ACC. I need to go back in and re adjust it as so it does not give a " Pre-Collision Assist Not Available Sensor Blocked See Manualā & āAdaptive Cruise Not Available Sensor Blocked See Manual." If that does not work I will call the DV8 hot line for tech support. If that does not work I will switch to a removable winch mount and put the ACC back where it was originally. from another review I will try this. We came to the conclusion that the radar coming out of the ACC was facing to low towards ground and thatās why it was saying it was blocked. After using a smart level, taking grill off and adjusting the ACC ever so slightly by .5 degrees and 1 degree either left right or up & downā¦doing this 5 times while driving it in town..on the freeway, behind small cars (ACC would shoot radar over small cars..had to adjust down), driving more to the left and right of carsā¦.basically tried driving it behind and every way possible after every adjustment. so I am still working on it.

Solid directions, piece of cake
This bracket sat in my garage for almost a year before I got around to installing it. I had completed a bumper install many months prior and re-ran the ACC wiring harness when I did that install in preparation for the ACC mount. That saved me a good chunk of time and headache. Having about 12 inches extra travel in my harness made this install a breeze. The directions are well written with good documentation photos. If you read it a few times before you do the deed, you shouldn't have any problems with the install. Post-install configuration was nearly non-existent. It was pretty much right where it needed to be without adjustment required. So nice to have my cruise control back!

Need to knowsā¦.
Yes, this does work..butttt, things to know when buying an ACC relocation bracket. Hope this helps someone else with issues we came across. So, followed instructions exactly, cut the stuff needed and installed the ACC on the new DV8 relocation bracket. As we drove my Bronco around we kept getting notifications saying, ā Pre-Collision Assist Not Available Sensor Blocked See Manualā & āAdaptive Cruise Not Available Sensor Blocked See Manual.ā There was no physical things blocking the ACC (besides grill and that should not throw a code) and the ACC was clean. After looking up solutions on Bronco6G Forum we noticed there were other ppl having these issues as well. We came to the conclusion that the radar coming out of the ACC was facing to low towards ground and thatās why it was saying it was blocked. After using a smart level, taking grill off and adjusting the ACC ever so slightly by .5 degrees and 1 degree either left right or up & downā¦doing this 5 times while driving it in town..on the freeway, behind small cars (ACC would shoot radar over small cars..had to adjust down), driving more to the left and right of carsā¦.basically tried driving it behind and every way possible after every adjustment. ā¦we finally got it to work properly ha We then took it to our maintenance friend that works at Ford for a second opinion and he gave us the assurance that it was now working properly as well. So. Haha just some fun facts in case you come across the same issues. Good luck and have fun ha, and hopefully youāll get it working properly too. The only reason I give the bracket 4 stars is because I wish DV8 would make it more known about the issues or solutions to them when or if you come across it when installing this bracket. It took some time and research to figure it out. Other than that, it works.
