I have noticed a small improvement when I take this.

So far so good!

Need all the help I can get in the spring time. I've been drinking my own mix of herbs and spices starting at the start of February for years which have kept sinus infections at bay. Anxious to see how I'm doing by the end of May including this in my line of support!

My husband hasn't noticed any difference, and he takes it 3x a day.
