A good dice game
I like dice games because they have that element of chance, but they also give you the opportunity to manage everything to maximize your turns' potential. I liked it a lot.

Great layered game
I love Atlandice! From the moment it arrived I couldn’t wait to get it set up. It’s fun, it’s not hard to learn, which means my younger kids (around 11) could easily learn it too, it’s has a level of complexity that keeps it interesting, and we love the story premise: saving items that represent the culture of this sinking city before it’s gone. It has a beautiful individually-pieced board and interesting game pieces. The mechanics keep it very fun, and it’s a different game every time since the layers can be out together differently. I highly recommend Atlandice.
