11' Cloud Red Inflatable SUP Package Special

Excellent.

We purchased a Cloud and a Ranger for use in Hawaii. Both items were in stock, shipped and arrived quickly, and adequate information was provided through the process. The Cloud and accessories were exactly as described and have functioned perfectly. Construction and materials appear first rate. Given the holiday pricing, this was a great value, and I’d purchase it again without hesitation. We purchased the Ranger because we believed that it would be more stable, since it’s wider, heavier, and has greater volume. That turned out to not be the case, at least for use in the ocean. The sharper bow taper is deflected far less by waves and chop, and the narrow body glide more easily in turbulent conditions. My only wish for the Cloud would be the Ranger’s triple fin rudder.

Excellent Product and Service

Ordered two boards. Received just a few days later. I had what I thought was a leak after just three uses. Turns out it was just a loose valve cover. Customer service contacted me right away with simple instructions on what to do. Highly recommended.

Seam is opening up

This is our second board from Xterra. This 11’ board has a seam that is coming undone within 3 days of using it. Hope Xterra stands behind their product.
