Christmas mugs and cup - Perfect!

I ordered a variety of stoneware Celtic mugs for my family. They arrived quickly, were securely packed, and all arrived in perfect condition. Also had one china Irish cup ordered and it arrived perfectly. A substitution had to be made with one of the stoneware mugs. I was called, told the situation, was told what was available and could be substituted if that was suitable. Very nice to have someone call and explain situation rather than get a printout.
