Good fit but poor quality

I love that these are a light organic cotton, and I liked the fit. I ordered two pairs (black & cashmere rose). Unfortunately, the black pair had a hole in the side seam upon arrival that I hadn’t noticed, and the rose pair split from the waistband in two places after one wear. I don’t know if there is an issue with the durability of the thread or if it’s a manufacturing issue, but the quality of this underwear is really poor.
