Inconsistent sizing/non responsive customer service

Ordered two of the same large t-shirts but the sizing was drastically different. It took customer service 4 days to respond and after uploading photos for proof as requested there was no response. Quality of the shirts was good and it was satisfying to support a small Canadian business but I could not recommend buying from them. Unfortunate.
