Scent fades almost immediately

We have loved every other product that we purchased from Lavande Farm, but this one does not work at all. It doesn't have any staying power. Pretty much fades as soon as it is sprayed. We tried shaking it, not shaking it, putting a little, putting a lot. Nothing worked.
