Delugs does stand behind their bands!!

I purchased a band about a year ago. I only wore it in the summer. Come spring I'd forgotten about it. I rediscovered it a couple weeks ago and was disappointed because the color had changed. I sent them photographs and just wanted them to know what was happening. Surprise, surprise, they offered to replace my band. It arrived in 2 days. I'm very very pleased with the replacement band.
