I honestly cannot believe I am being asked to review these items. I ordered these on October 4th (maybe Oct 6th 2022). The delivery company started contacting me the week of Dec 15, 2022 to deliver. We scheduled for Jan 4th 2023. That date was rescheduled 3 times by them due to various reasons. The third time, they notified me in the morning the sofas (I ordered 2!) were on the truck out for delivery. After my delivery window ended and no couches were delivered, I called the delivery people. They said the couches did not fit on the truck. I spoke with a manager (after getting the run around there) and they noted they would need approval from Lulu and Georgia in order to deliver my couches. This seemed impossible to me given they had scheduled and cancelled my delivery 3 times (by them, not me) one would think they would know the size of my couches by then. That manager said they just requested approval from Lulu and Georgia. This was Jan 16th 2023. They suggested I call Lulu and Georgia as it was out of their hands. Lulu and Georgia does not have a customer service phone number. I emailed their customer service account (they still have not responded). I messaged them on Facebook and on Instagram. Thankfully a nice person is "following up" on my sofas(!). I do not have a delivery date. I was not planning to write a review because this experience has been so bad, but they emailed and asked for it...so here it is. I have no couches because customer service cannot work with their shippers. My couches are less than an hour away sitting in a warehouse, but Lulu and Georgia will not approve whatever truck is needed to deliver the couches. If you don't have time to deal with this, don't order the sofas from here. I would suggest ordering from a place that has a customer service phone number so if you run into a problem, there is a person you can call. I am writing this on Monday Jan 30, 2023...still no updates on my sofas. I sure hope they are worth it.
