Disappointed with item/response from Lulu

Disappointed... inaccurate description of non refundable purchase! Paid over $400 for 20x30 framed print and it arrived with a glossy plexiglass! This is the response from Lulu and Georgia: Our supplier has let me know that this is shipped with picture frame grade acrylic and this is typical of fine art pieces. We have requested that our site be updated with this information, moving forward. If you would prefer glass, it is recommended that you take this to any framer and have it replaced. We do not recommend replacing this on your own, as it could damage the frame and print. SO be aware! The print itself is nice, framing is decent enough, but for sure not worth the price as it looks cheap with a glaring plexiglass. I took the chance of it being non-refundable and lost out as I am not happy and now it will cost me more to make it right (replace with non-glare glass)! It is sad Lulu and Georgia did not have this in the description AT ALL! Loved their response....will "update" the description but go pay someone else to make it right! Typical of many merchants today! So yes I am disappointed with this experience!
