Tomato Slicer Knife by Rada

Best knife ever

I have used the Kooi tomato slicer as my favorite knife for over thirty years. I have three at home, two at my cottage and one at my daughter’s home. Wherever I am cooking I want at least one available. It is my workhorse knife as it seems to stay sharp forever and it does not bother the arthritis in my thumbs. I also have the bread slicer but I use the tomato knife for most things. Along with a good French knife it takes care of all of my cutting needs. I purchased two more recently because I thought I had accidentally thrown away one that I had used for years. Then I found the old one but I am happy to always have extras.
