Pie Crust Shields by Norpro

A must-have!

I looked high and low for two of these pie shieds, and this was the only place that had them. I have had this exact one for decades and absolutely love it, so I bought some for my sister-in-law when she heard such a thing existed. Most of the ones available now are silicone, but I didn’t want that; so I was happy to find these. Shipping was fast, and the shields arrived in excellent condition.
