Great!
So comfortable to use and I feel like they work really well! Have been getting more out of my “slacker” side since using these!

Great inserts!
I seen a lot of people online. Say these are the flanges to get and I think they’re right. I use them with my spectra and I get a great output and it’s a lot more comfortable than those hard plastic against my skin. Definitely recommend getting it.
