Massive improvement in my son's sleep

After a period of prolonged illness, my nine year old was really struggling to sleep. He was often awake until midnight. We bought the sundown glasses as a last resort. Within two days he was falling asleep more quickly. Within two weeks he starting falling asleep within 20 to 30 mins of going to bed. I have been amazed at the result.
