Poor customer service and policies

Bought harness mount, was wrong size, let them know immediately and ordered new, sent back wrapped in original box in unused condition. Paid shipping all ways (x3) and they took 20% erroneous fee from the refund as some sort of punishment I guess? Ended up all in all paying $200 for a $100 part. Very disappointed.
