The product is outstanding. The packaging and delivery was not suited to maintain the product. There were no cold packs in the pacakging and the product significantly melted. I retrived the package the moment I received the notification of delivery. Would like assurance that future shipments would be packaged to maintain the product. I am hoping to salvage this delivery by refrigerating the product now.
