Good strap, disorganised business

Love the strap. Sturdy, good fit, looks good, doesn’t sweat like silicone. However the ordering, distribution and customer service is lacking communication and organisation. It took 6 weeks for me to receive the item after ordering. Between Australia post stuff ups (not strapify fault), wrong sizes being sent out twice and slow responsiveness and unclear communications it wasn’t a great experience.

Very happy with straps, had to return one that didn't fit, got a replacement, the hole process was quick and easy with no questions, Would highly recommended, the price are very good, strap quality are excellent, (to replace same type with original would in $$$)
