Bar Fly aluminum Sled Nut (T-nut), with M3x18mm socket head bolt. Fits Bar Fly Race Direct and Bar Fly 4 Direct Max. Both of these mounts are aluminum. The Sled nut fits the original injection molded Direct mounts, but requires a shorter bolt.
