Excalibur Automatic Taper

It works, but not very well.

It’ll get tape on the wall with mud….. sometimes. The same mud consistency I use with my Northstar taper ends up leaving loads of pockets under your tapes. Never seen this many bubbles from a taper in my life. Parts availability is very limited as well. Spend the money on a more reputable brand is my best advice. Or stick with a banjo/tape puller for a quicker process.

As this is my first auto taper i am very disappointed that there was no paperwork, owners manual or parts oist available for this tool.
