4mm " Bayu" Silver Bracelet

I had a very disappointing experience with Compos. I placed an order of 6 bracelets ,totaling $727 after seeing multiple ads on Instagram and deciding to give them a chance. I was even considering a potential business collaboration if the quality was good. Unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. One of the bracelets arrived in a clearly used condition with visible marks on it ,not new as expected. On top of that, two bracelets were completely missing from the order. What’s even worse is that I reached out multiple times via email and messages, and received zero response. No customer service, no accountability. For a brand that presents itself as premium, this level of quality control and customer support is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Compos.
