Very Confused!

I’ve been using your shampoo bars for almost a year but now I’m very confused. In all the videos The bar is being used directly on the hair in every video I’ve seen it advertised. Now I read don’t use directly on the hair. Why not if all ingredients are natural. Why demonstrate using bar directly on hair in advertisements?
