Envy of the neighborhood!

Very happy with our purchase! The kit components and preassembled walls made construction go very quickly. Quality building materials both in lumber, windows, and latches. The printed instructions were slightly outdated but nothing terrible - in fact a lot of the steps were already done for us so took less time. I needed clarification on one part but customer service was super quick to respond and I got what I needed to continue in less than an hour. We added a custome solar light to the front and it looks amazing at sundown... the whole neighborhood keeps commenting on how great it looks day and night!

Stressful Purchase

First the 6 -8 weeks turned into 16 weeks. Delivery was a problem we had 4 people off loading and still not enough to get it completed and into back yard some pieces were left in front yard for two days. Then the floor assembly called for mending a 10 foot and 2 foot 4x4 together to make a 12 footer. My assembler recommended to get 12 footers to make the floor more solid. Then last the lock set for the door was missing. The first lock sent was not the type pictured in the assembly sheets so we waited another week to get the last part the lock set. All in all a stressful purchase. I had a 10 ft x 12 ft barn put up the whole process from purchase to assembly was handled by Home Depot and took less than a month from purchase to keys turned over to me.

Greenhouse

House was great and easy to assemble. 2 people can do it rather quickly and within a day or tow. Easy to read instructions and fitment.
