My son grew up taking the soft gels of this & we saw a benefit & he enjoyed taking it. So when my youngest needed a DHA supplement i came straight here. My youngest is now 4. She can’t do the soft gels so we got the liquid. She has ARFID among other things that make her hypersensitive to taste & texture She needs it to fill nutritional gaps since she refuses to eat most food. She loved the liquid. She said it tasted like strawberry ice cream but about 3 minutes after swallowing it, an aftertaste hit her. I tried it as well- i didnt think it was bad but it you have a child with sensory issues, ASD or ARFID taking this then I suggest having them drink a preferred drink or eat a preferred snack/ meal right after to prevent the aftertaste. If they aren’t hypersensitive then they might not notice any aftertaste. So far my daughter seems to have improved stamina when it comes to walking. She has a sensitive stomach & this product did not cause any problems at all in that area.
