Perfect for me

I was surprised when this belt arrived to find it was an elastic material so it gives a little when you wear the belt which is great. As ever the build quality is excellent and I love the buckle mechanism, It is very secure. It's my go to belt now and would recommend it to anyone.

poorly manufactured.

Beautiful belt—but honestly, I should probably get a refund. If returning it weren’t such a hassle, I would send it back. Don’t get me wrong—I’m a huge fan of Alpaka. I own more than 10 of their bags and accessories, and I first discovered them while traveling in Malaysia. That’s why this is especially disappointing. I’ve only been wearing this belt for about two weeks, and the buckle is already noticeably scratched. I haven’t used it in any rough conditions—no outdoor adventures or heavy wear—just normal daily use at home, at work, and in the car. For a product at this level, the buckle shouldn’t show this kind of wear so quickly. Alpaka should seriously reconsider the finish or manufacturing of the buckle so it doesn’t scratch almost immediately.
