When you purchase any product, what are you truly paying for? For the best companies, its not only a quality product but also the services behind it (ordering , returns, support, etc.). When there is an issue or a problem, how is it handled? With TrueClassic, I'm not only a returning customer but I also had the pleasure of working with customer service for an unexpected issue that was handled perfectly, and it was fasy and easy. When I'm purchasing online, I need frictionless service and that is what I got with TrueClassic.

Soft and **** shirts

My husband couldn’t care less about clothing…until now. I happened to find a True Classic T-shirt at a resale store and he loved the softness comfort. I immediately got on the True Classic website and ordered him 3 more. He didn’t complain one bit.

Poor customer service

Shirts are good quality but customer service is awful. I ordered 6 shirts for my husband and needed to exchange for a different size. I tried to contact customer service on several occasions with zero response. I donated the shirts and moving on.
