Custom Spinning Rod

I've been using Mags Custom rods since 2021 and they are a staple in my arsenal. My two favorite rods are the 7'2" ML fast and the 7'6" Med-Mod Fast. The 7'2" paired with braided line is what everyone in my boat uses for casting glide baits at walleye from inland lakes to the Great Lakes. Over the past 2 years I've fallen in love with the 7'6" for casting jig & crawlers on the Great Lakes. From the sensitivity, feel, and bend, this is a new addiction.

This rod is strong enough for a steelhead and yet soft enough to feel every single bite/nibble. It works wonders with all types of fishing and it gives me more confidence than any other rod I have used. Definitely would get another.

I've found over the years that I really like 6'10" spinning rods for all my finesse fishing - gives me enough length to easily cast light baits and short enough to make precision casts - overhand, sidearm, backhand and pitching. The Mags 6'10" rod - ML XF - fits the bill perfectly. It has just the right amount of backbone and the extra fast tip makes hookset a dream. I love this rod. The little extra customization with the colors and the cork handle makes it a great looking rod also. Thanks.
