It works and I was also able to adjust the programming. This was one of probably the last of the new updated BBSHDs that are not hard coded to be 48v 30amp or 52v 28amp. Now out of stock.

I'm putting it on today I asked the company if it would run 52 volts like the ad said since my motor was not bought from them they said they could not guarantee it would work so be aware I'll be putting it on today we'll see if it works

Simple and easy

The install was simple and easy. The only special tool required is the square taper crank arm to access the controller. Other than that, just a couple Allen bolts and plug connectors. Very satisfied! The only physical difference from the original I noticed was that the power lead is about 40-50mm shorter. Which isn’t problem at all.
