Excellent service by Ebike Essentials. My previous basic display the 941C got very wet after working perfectly for 1.2K miles. I was bumbed, I contacted tech support and pointed me to purchase the 500c. I received it within 2 days, removed the old one, and connected the 500c to the green male connector and is working perfectly. I hope it last as long as the previous one, I love the color and voltage indicator. So happy that I have a bafang system and Ebike essentials has all the replacement parts available in their website.

Second unit

My first one died after 1 year/300 miles. I hope the second one lasts longer. I like the display and ease of use.
