Beautiful but big

It’s a lovely piece but the nose band part is very large in circumference. I have a 16. 2 TB so I ordered a size “Standard”. I had to make more holes in order for it to fit properly. All said, I’m keeping it and it’s very elegant. . just look I wanted for my handsome boy!

Exchange

Great quality and easy to deal with even after exchange period had expired. Emails were slow to respond to, only one email a day, despite emailing back as soon as received

Wrong product sent

My customer service experience (with Jessica) was great! She was quick to handle and process my return. I ordered the flat leather style for the noseband to replace a piece on my current bridle before a show.. sadly they sent the wrong leather type (rolled) with my order, and after the return etc, the correct ordered piece did not come in on time and took longer delivery-wise than the initial order. Love the noseband though! Comfy padded chin strap, patent gloss gives a quality look, Full size fits and looks great on my TB!
