Product doesn't work!
This product did not clean my pan well at all. I finally gave up, having spent $8 and a lot of elbow grease on it, and bought 3 Scotchbrite stainless steel scrubbers for less than half the price that do a fantastic job.
Odd customer service at Fillgood. Rather than leave a 1-star review, I first called to see if I could return it and be refunded. Nope. That's it. Really no concern or interest in maybe offering to make it up to me somehow that their product doesn't do what I was told it would do. Said I'd think twice about shopping there again. That seemed to be fine with them. Just perfunctory answers, no interest in keeping my business, I guess. Oh well. Plenty of other places to shop! Scratching my head...
