I ordered the stainless steel base but received the white coated base instead. I emailed customer support right away and they were prompt and deeply apologize for the mistake. They provided me with specific instructions on how to return the product. Within a few days I received an email letting me know that they have received the returned item and the new item was being processed for delivery. It arrived at my door a few days later. I’m super happy with the product and I can’t wait to put it out this spring.
