I love my tigernut flour it makes the best biscuits 100 grams Tigernut flour 20 grams of coconut oil 100 grams maple syrup 185 grams Unhulled Tahini Salt to taste 1/2-1 tspn Melt all wet ingredients in a saucepan on low Add flour Use icream scoop Place in oven on 160 degrees for 15 minutes Turn oven off Leave in oven for another 5 mins They become harder once completely cooled.
