Love the Watch - But Engraving was Missing
Love the watch but the engraving was missing so a bit disappointed because it is a present for my partner. I included text for the engraving when I ordered but couldn't see any reference to it on the order confirmation so I emailed back straight away on 8th December as recommended by yourselves to query this but never got a reply - and now the watch has arrived without the engraving.
