Improper Crimping Damaged the Brush

I’ve been using NOTPOLISH Kolinsky brushes for a long time, and they’ve always been one of my favorites. However, this time I was really disappointed. I asked for the brush to be crimped, but it wasn’t done properly. Unfortunately, the crimping ruined the bristles, which has made it very difficult to apply product smoothly.
