Ulti-mate products have a nice finish to them. They are no better or worse than a typical DIY Ikea product that requires assembly. Takes about 45 minutes to one hour to assemble each cabinet. If you are two it makes it easlier especially for the tall cabinets. Delivery is on a palette so then you have to get rid of that which is a pain to do. Had one caninet that was damaged in arrival, called their nimber and they shipped the replacements for the damaged parts immediately. Good follow up service.
