Your staff member her name begins with a Y went above and beyond when assisting my daughter with her first pair of pointe shoes. My daughter has very narrow and slender feet so her shoes fitting took a little bit longer than expected. (Y) She was patient and took the time out to explain how the shoes is supposed to feel and look. Give her a raise she deserves it!!!
