I was excited to shave a few grams off the normal Shimano SPD cleats, however, when measured with a caliper these are actually several MM longer than the OEM Shimano SPD cleats and I was unable to use them with my Favero MX-2 power meter pedals. I could not get the rear part of the pedal to engage and lock in the cleat, even after detensioning the pedal to the minimum setting. Not sure why they made them a different size than the OEM cleats.

I was truly hoping for these cleats to be great. Unfortunately, for ~$70 I got cleats that dont even clip in without my full body weight, not to mention how rough they feel and that they unclip wayyy too easily. Not impressed.
