I am absolutely obsessed with this special handwritten keepsake of my grandmother who recently passed. The quality was so amazing I ordered two more for my mom & aunt. Not to mention the customer service was top tier .. they were so quick in replying. And beyond friendly. I had a partial fingerprint I wanted on my mom's order- I asked if they could revamp it to look more circular- And they did just that and sent me a review of it! Couldn't recommend them enough!!
