Sensi-Age Cream

I hate to even review this HERE because I do not want it to seem like I am complaining about this brand! I love Matis Skincare, but I reached out to customer service because when I opened my jar, the cream is a darker beige color and has a strange odor to it. After emails back and forth with someone questioning whether I have truly ever purchased this cream before (this is my third jar - not from this seller) there is no resolution, other than them looking up my purchase history to tell me I have never purchased it from them before. No, I have not purchased it from this specific store before, but I have had two other jars of this in the past. I can deal with the color being different, but the smell is unpleasant and all previous jars I have purchased had a nice subtle fresh scent to them. I love everything I’ve purchased from Matis Skincare, but I am not pleased with this specific supplier. $134 is a lot of money to spend on face cream and I feel like I was questioned more than helped.
