great thermometer

Pros: Stays very confortable in your hand. Fast response time. Very good accuracy for a kitchen thermometer; +/- aprox. 0.4 - 0.6 C (better than the +/- 1 C stated by the manufacturer). ON/OFF Backlight display. Lock measured temperature function. Auto rotting reversible display Cons: I wish the autorotatin reverssible display had a lock fonction . Overall, one of the best electronic meat thermometers I used in 20 years. Last but not least the price is very good (I would say below the quality and features).
