Men's Satin Personalised Pyjama Set - Short Sleeve Black/White

Ordered a mens set for my elderly father to be delivered using the VIP shipping etc in a different State to me. Clearly by the cut and fit of the set they had sent a womens set instead of mens, because the PJs dont have any label indications on the gender (e.g F or M) we contacted the business for help. I understand human error sometimes but my father isnt in a position to repackage, go to the post office, print out the returns slip, post it etc. Too much fuss over something that isnt our fault and I cant do it for him living in a different state. The PJs were custom embroidered as well, im just really disappointed that in this instance the incorrect PJs were sent and then the onus is put on us to do all these steps to fix thier mistake. When I contact the business they couldnt confirm if they were mens or womens either. I’d suggest labelling the sets as Womens or Mens on the tags.
